Rules respecting the use of the site
It is strictly forbidden to download, post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute, by any means whatsoever, any information or other elements obtained through this Site. Such information and elements are protected by copyright or by any other intellectual property right and may not be used without prior written authorization from the beneficiary of the right in question.
The price payable for each product ordered is the one appearing on the Site for that product at the time of customer's purchase. All prices are stipulated in Canadian dollars.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as all applicable sales taxes, shall be added to the price of the product. Pure Art.ca reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Site at any time and without any further notice.
Method of payments/Invoicing
Payment by credit card is the only form of payment that will be accepted for purchases made through the Site. Visa, MasterCard will be accepted. Please note that when customer places an order through the Site, customer shall receive by e-mail, shortly thereafter, confirmation from Pure Art.ca confirmation shall constitute customer's preliminary invoice.
If you still feel unsure about sending credit card information over the Internet, please contact email@example.com and we will forward a copy of your invoice with your order confirmation. Simply complete the credit card information, including credit card number, name, expiry date and signature and fax back to us at 1.450.424-4210 or contact us at 1-866-567-4325
In order to cancel an order placed through the pureart.ca site, customer shall send an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or customer shall phone, without charge, the following number, 1-866-567-HEAL (4325), requesting the cancellation of the order.
Please indicate the order number mentioned in the confirmation received by Pure Art .ca. will, within a reasonable delay, credit the customer's credit card account for the amount of customer's purchases.
Delivery of customer's order will be made by Pureart.ca through Canada Post within a reasonable delay after Pureart.ca acceptance of customer's order.
For any product delivered outside Canada, customer shall be responsible for any clearance charges and any other inherent fees incurred by the exportation outside Canada.

Shipping charges are based on the current rates of Canada Post.
We choose a basic ground service but if you prefer Xpresspost or next A.M. rush, these deliveries are available by contacting us at 1-800-567-4325.
Variable additional delivery fees could apply for articles of larger heights, and packages over 10 pounds. For all additional fees exceeding the basic delivery fees, a representative will advise you before shipping your delivery, in order to have your approval. Pureart.ca through Canada Post, will deliver the products to the address customer indicated in the order.
At Pure Art we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase in its unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund on your credit card .
We do not accept returns after 14 days. We do not accept returns on custom, made to order, worn, damaged, or sale items.
Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid.
We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will credit you using the original credit card number, which you used to purchase the goods, and inform you by email that the goods were received, and the date that the credit was given.
To make the exchange process faster call us at 1-866-567-4325.We will order and charge you for the new merchandise and send it right out to you the next business day. While you wait for your new order, send us back the original merchandise and we'll credit your account upon receipt. This way you make sure you get the item you ordered.
