Created using a unique embroidery technique, each piece of jewelry reflects traditional knowledge dating back to the early Maharajas.  Each of these pieces is entirely hand-embroidered by talented artisans in India, who were once apprenticed by a family member.

THE MAKERS
This piece is made by brothers Niroj and Nirajan in Kathmandu, Nepal, using traditional Newari techniques that are ethnic to their group in Nepal. They come from a long lineage of craftsmen - these Newari techniques have been perfected, preserved, and passed down to them through many generations in their families.

The Baba Tree Basket Co has been preserving the culture of baskets and the Gurunsi community in Bolgatanga for the last 15 years. It’s here that an exquisitely woven Baba Tree community of over 250 artisans practice a time-honoured weaving technique using elephant grass and their very own “rhythm and flow”. Washing and Caring Instructions:
